Thank you for investigating an appoinment with the staff at Rē.
The bulk of appointments are set by using our online scheduling (available at the top of every page) via the yellow buttons. There are several reasons that you may not be able to set an appointment via the system:
- The session is not available with the therapist - not all therapists offer the same sessions.
- There is not enough time to provide the servce - we schedule 30 minutes between all appointments, so a half hour massage will book a one hour time slot.
- You are trying to set the appoinment time too close to the actual time - there is a four hour window before the appointment time that must be respected before the appointment can be set. For example, although it's great to be able to set up an appointment at 6am, the earliest that you can set an appointment would be 10am.
You can book any service at Rē online - not only can you book massage & bodywork online, but you can also schedule an Acupuncture session! You also can additionally select any add-on service!
When scheulding and paying online, make sure after you pay, to return to the scheduling page to confirm your appointment - just use your browser's 'back' button!
If there are things that you want your therapist to know prior to the appointment, just drop them a line in the 'special instructions' box while scheduling online.
